These conditions govern the sale and supply of products by ANDREA LECCA, OWNER OF COLTELLITIPICISARDI.COM to you. Andrea Lecca may modify these conditions in the future. THE CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND ANDREA LECCA
There is no commitment between you and Andrea Lecca until Andrea Lecca has sent you an e-mail confirming receipt of the order and its acceptance. PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
The prices of Andrea Lecca products are clearly indicated on the site and are inclusive of VAT. The shipping cost must be added to the price of the product, the amount of which varies according to the quantity and weight of the total order, as well as the method of delivery. BUYER’S OBLIGATIONS

The contracts between you and Andrea Lecca will be subject to Italian law and all disputes will be the competence of the Court of CAGLIARI
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
Andrea Lecca will deliver the ordered products to the address you indicated in the registration (unless requested in the notes at the time of order confirmation). All delivery times reported on COLTELLITIPICISARDI.COM are estimates based solely on normal order processing and delivery times declared by carriers. The couriers used do not make preventive phone calls or handle requests for shipments at particular times.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage. The management costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in one order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
The boxes are adequately sized and your items are well protected.
RESPONSIBILITY
Andrea Lecca assumes no responsibility for disservices attributable to force majeure such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and / or lockouts, earthquakes, floods and other similar events that prevented, in whole or in part, the execution of the shipment within the time agreed by the contract. Andrea Lecca will not be liable to any party for damages, losses and costs incurred as a result of the non-execution of the contract (for the reasons mentioned above), as the consumer is only entitled to a refund of the price paid. Likewise, Andrea Lecca is not responsible for any fraudulent or illegal use by third parties, of checks and other means of payment, upon payment of the purchased products.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer has the right to withdraw, without any penalty, no later than 30 working days from delivery. Those who cannot be classified as consumers are excluded from the legislative decree, i.e. those who act for purposes related to any professional activity carried out, that is, those who place an order by indicating the VAT number for the invoice. The right of withdrawal is exercised within the deadline, upon request for authorization to the e-mail address info@sandalimalia.it. The exchange or return of clothing (including accessories) is allowed in the event that the products are defective, do not meet expectations or are not the desired size. In these cases the service is free and the return shipping costs and any size change are always borne by Andrea Lecca. The products must reach us intact, not worn or stained, they must be in the original packaging, complete with labels and any other part that compose them. Failure to comply with these principles makes the right of withdrawal inapplicable. We invite our kind customers to work with us by following our procedure for sending returns and not to send us goods for which the right of withdrawal is not applicable. Once the goods have been received, Andrea Lecca will arrange for the size change or refund of the full amount paid by the customer, excluding shipping costs, directly to the credit card used for payment, via the PayPal platform.
Attention: in the event that the right of withdrawal is not applicable, the products will be returned to the sender with shipping to be paid by the customer.
